We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various mediums. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop creative and innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website visuals, and other marketing materials.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives to ensure designs effectively communicate key messages.
3. Apply a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.
4. Use industry-standard design software and tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality designs.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
6. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
8. Review and provide feedback on designs created by junior designers, providing guidance and mentoring when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
9. Experience in web design, UI/UX design, or motion graphics is a plus.
10. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
